Spring 2026 Marketing Intern
As an Entertainment Marketing Intern, you will be responsible for assisting with marketing initiatives and client projects. Daily activities include, but are not limited to, creating and curating content (written and visual), conducting research, composing reports, implementing branding, and anything else BEM deems necessary.
This internship requires a minimum commitment of three days per week. Specific days and hours can be coordinated with your supervisor based on business needs and academic schedules.

Ad Ops Specialist

Position Overview:
As a Freelance Content Producer, you will oversee the end-to-end creative production process, including photo and/or video, for Bauer Entertainment Marketing (BEM)'s sports, music, and entertainment clients. This role involves creating and editing social media and advertising content, collaborating on shot lists, capturing high-quality footage, editing the material, and delivering a polished final product, not limited to these tasks.
You will work closely with our creative team and clients to ensure the creative content aligns with our vision and exceeds expectations. The ideal candidate will have prior experience producing and editing content specifically for the entertainment industry, ensuring high standards for visual storytelling, quality, and engagement.
Key Responsibilities will potentially include:
Pre-Production
Collaborate with the team and clients to understand project requirements and creative vision.
Develop and prepare detailed shot lists and storyboards in alignment with project objectives.
Assist with logistics for video shoots, including location scouting and coordinating with talent, crew, and equipment.
Provide recommendations for props, lighting, and camera setups to achieve the desired style and tone.
Production
Capture and ensure high-quality creative by using proper lighting, sound, and camera techniques.
Coordinate with the BEM team during shoots to ensure shots are executed according to the vision.
Post-Production
Edit raw footage into polished creative content according to client specifications.
Incorporate motion graphics, animations, music, sound effects, and other post-production elements to enhance the creative.
Perform color correction and audio mixing to ensure a professional, high-quality final product.
Collaborate with clients and BEM team to revise edits based on feedback and deliver a final version of the creative.
Ensure that all final creatives are formatted and optimized for different platforms (social media, websites, advertising, etc.).
Maintain and organize creative files, ensuring smooth workflow and easy access to materials.
Additional Responsibilities:Manage time efficiently to meet deadlines and produce content within project timelines.
Maintain communication with BEM team throughout the production process
Stay up to date with the latest creative trends, techniques, and technologies to bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during production or post-production.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in either video or photo production and editing, with a portfolio showcasing a wide range of content.
Required: Experience working and producing content for the entertainment industry (film, TV, music videos, festivals, or similar).
Expertise in video editing software such as Adobe Suite, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
Proficient in color grading, audio mixing, and incorporating motion graphics or animations (After Effects, etc.).
Ability to create and manage shot lists, storyboards, and production schedules.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with both the BEM team and clients.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of the production process.
