Faith Walter-Galloway | Director of operations
She has 7+ years of working in the entertainment and music industries, supporting companies like Live Nation Entertainment and VICE Media Group. After three years, she went to explore opportunities at VICE / Refinery29 but has returned to BEM and serves as our Director of Operations!
Her interests outside of the office include ceramics, hot yoga, attending concerts and festivals, and hiking with two dogs, Chance and Finn, and her husband, Kyle.

Alicia Rohrbach | Senior Digital Advertising Specialist
Alicia spent the last seven years working for entertainment venues. Her traditional and digital advertising experience includes roles at PPL Center, Civic Theatre of Allentown, ArtsQuest, Musikfest, and the Lehigh Valley Iron Pigs minor league baseball team. Alicia utilizes her extensive knowledge and experience in entertainment advertising, ticketing, and media buying for client success.
Whenever she is not hard at work in Pennsylvania, Alicia can be found consuming french fries on the beach listening to the ‘New Boots’ playlist on Spotify.

CHRIS BIBB | Ad operations specialist
Chris was born and raised in Detroit and now calls Maryland home. He studied Business Administration at University of Detroit Mercy before moving to New York, where he fell into ad ops. Chris has spent the last decade in ad tech working with numerous publishers and agencies, including Bustle Digital Group, Group Nine, and most recently, Spotify.
When he’s not geeking out about ad ops, you can find him at concerts, sketching new tattoo ideas, or hanging out with his 3-year-old daughter (who’s recently gotten him hooked on KPop Demon Hunters).

peyton STANTON | Ad operations specialist
Peyton is a graduate of Ithaca College with a Communications Management and Design degree. She also earned a double minor in Graphic Design and Integrated Marketing Communications. Peyton's experience includes creating content for engagement on clients' social media channels and newsletter campaigns.
After hours, her favorite hobbies are photography, hiking, and attending country concerts when she can!

Amanda diamand | Senior media buyer
Amanda is Philly-based, but a Jersey girl at heart with 20 years of experience in the industry. She helps clients reach their target audience by creating campaigns that encompass traditional and innovative media platforms. Amanda has worked at the Harlem Globetrotters, Sovereign Bank Arena, and Comcast Spectacor. Amanda thrives on seeing fans enjoy the experiences.
You can find her at the beach with her family, camping, going on road trips, or attending concerts and sporting events in her free time.

Straight out of ‘Da Yoop’, Kiwi is a professional fangirl turned entertainment marketing strategist, blending her passion for music and community with over 15 years of expertise in digital strategy. Known for her data-driven approach, she has helped artists, festivals, and businesses elevate their online presence while setting industry standards along the way.
Her work has been featured on AboutPR.com, Nashville Voyager, and MMagazine. When she’s not crafting campaigns, you can find her chasing 90s boyband nostalgia, obsessing over stationary, or planning her next concert adventure.

Drew Henry | Copy Editor
Originally from New Orleans and now based in Miami, Drew is a lifelong storyteller with an eye for detail (and grammar). He studied Communication and Film at Tulane University and has spent the past several years helping brands find their voice through sharp, personality-driven copy. He has a special talent for scoring concert tickets (even the ones that sell out in seconds). He’s thrilled to bring his mix of creativity and precision to the BEM team.
In his free time, you can find Drew exploring new cities, catching live music, or beach-hopping around South Florida with a good playlist in tow.

Alyssa mata guzman | Senior account manager
Alyssa grew up in the suburbs of Nashville and is a graduate of Middle Tennessee State University, where she obtained a degree in Media Management with double minors in Interactive Media and Public Relations. Alyssa’s hands-on approach has impressed BEM’s clients. Not only does she support engagement, but she is responsible for implementing strategies that convert.
You can count on Alyssa to continually expose you to new music. If she's not at a concert, you can catch her listening to The Band Camino, LANY, Briston Maroney, or The 1975 in her earphones.

Alyssa graduated from Saginaw Valley State University in Michigan, obtaining degrees in Marketing and Theatre. During her time at BEM, she has impressed our clients with her creativity, knowledge of social media and marketing, and willingness to get the job done.

Allie becker | Account Manager
Allie graduated from the University of Alabama in December with a degree in Advertising and Psychology. At UA, she was a strategist on the Coca-Cola United client team for Capstone Agency. She also interned with Alabama Hockey and Active Transportation Alliance, where she developed a passion for working in the events and entertainment industry.
On the weekend, you can catch Allie drawing, relaxing at the beach, or trying out a new restaurant with friends.

Sam Kenworthy | Account Manager
After growing up in rural Okeechobee, FL, and playing in various hardcore & death metal bands in the Myspace era, Sam decided to move to Orlando to pursue a career in music. Starting off as a humble street team promoter for house & techno promoters, he began to work his way up to resident DJ, graphic designer, and marketing manager over the course of a decade.
He's always up for a chat about controversial rebrands & has been jamming Tribal Gaze, Sade, & Missing Link lately on repeat.

Now a proud Michigan native living in Chicago, Zoe spends her days near the lake hunting down the best iced vanilla latte, doing hot yoga, or getting lost in the latest #BookTok reads. And of course, she’s always cheering on the Detroit Lions… because this really is their year!

Philip hails from Mount Airy, North Carolina (Mayberry to you few remaining Andy Griffith fans…), and now calls Chicago, Illinois, his home! He graduated from Appalachian State University with a B.S. in Music Industry Studies with a concentration in Marketing & Promotion and a minor in General Business.

RACHEL SHAPIRO | Account coordinator
Originally from Kansas City, Rachel grew up loving sports, music, and the energy of entertainment. After moving between Kansas City, Arizona, and California, she earned her BS in Business Administration from San Diego State University and built a career in social media marketing.
Through her work with 15 Seconds of Fame, Rachel had the opportunity to create high-impact short-form content for major sports audiences including the NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL, NCAA, MLS, & NLL. Specializing in market research, content creation, and brand building, she also worked with companies such as Walker Medical Linen Services and The Game The Podcast, where she enjoyed blending creativity with data to create engaging digital stories.
Beyond marketing, she grew up competing in cheer and decided to start coaching after graduating from college. Outside of work, she also enjoys a good country concert, spending time with her friends and family, and rooting on the Chiefs!

He advocates striving for the perfect work-life balance, loves to hang out with his labrador with a mug of coffee, and has an affinity for Dunkin’ Donuts.

Tara was born and raised in the Bronx, NY, and graduated from Manhattan College with a BS in Civil Engineering. After working at various utilities across the country, she switched careers and has provided bookkeeping services since 2012.
When she's not keeping BEM's finances in order, you can find her learning the tin whistle or watching her family and friends play Gaelic Football & Hurling, both in the US and Ireland. Tara is a foodie who loves to cook, especially when a recipe calls for ingredients from her herb and vegetable garden.
